I Giardini di Palazzo Ducale

L'accoglienza della famiglia proprietaria delle stanze è stata squisita, il posto era centrale ma allo stesso tempo immerso nel verde dei giardini di Palazzo Ducale. Stanze ampie e ariose. Il proprietario Carmelo è stato molto gentile e ci ha assistito ogni qualvolta abbiamo avuto bisogno. Lo consiglio!

Ho trovato il letto un pò scomodo, ma è sempre molto soggettivo. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Dimora grande e caratteristica. Posizione centrale. Posto auto. Gestore gentile.

Accoglienza del proprietario, ampiezza degli spazi, pulizia, prezzo accessibile, perfetto per gruppi di amici e motociclisti, il proprietario ci ha gentilmente fatto mettere le moto nel garage. Posizione super centrale. Ci tornerò sicuramente con amici motociclisti. Super consigliato. Il borgo poi è tutto da vedere .

A clean, quiet room in a nice environment.

It is classified as an apartment, but it is two rooms and a bathroom on the main floor. You have access to a sitting room with a fridge and microwave.

We felt very welcomed and at home. Carmelo went out of his way to ensure our stay on Easter Sunday was a special day for us.

Carmelo is a wonderful host, who with prior arrangement can cook dinner as as offering rooms in his tastefully decorated house. The town itself is lovely as well. I was a Via Francigena pilgrim and Carmelo is very supportive of that. He speaks good English too, which gave me a break from struggling in my not very good Italian!

The place was so great! Carmela is an awesome host! he waited up past midnight for me to arrive and greeted me at the door with a big smile! He’s very knowledgeable, and gave me a tour of the palace, and all around the city… He went above and beyond! The grounds are so beautiful and the apartment is clean and cozy. Very spacious. And super comfortable. Carmelo is an artist also and the colorful pieces all around the grounds are both eclectic and interesting. I hope to visit again soon!! Felt like family.

It did not bother me not to have a kitchen, because I was there for only one day, but for extended-stay, I think that would be helpful. However, Carmelo made coffee at his place, which is just above the apartment and that was awesome.
