"Zum wohl fühlen"

Wir wurden von Massimo und Tiziana herzlichst empfangen ; die Ausstattung war gut: alles was wir benötigen war da. Die Gegend ist etwas abgelegen und gerade dies war super; auch unsere Hunde fühlten sich wohl. In 5 Min Autofahrt kommt man zu den Geschäften . Empfehlenswert !

Locatie had ruime kamers, veel privacy, eigen ruime tuin, muggenvrij dankzij horren voor alle ramen.

Huisje had weliswaar twee badkamers maar beide douches waren nauwelijks bruikbaar: één douche waarbij ophangsysteem kapot was, andere douche zo klein dat je er nauwelijks in kon bewegen met ook een kapotte douchedeur.

"Avoid scammers with heating bills."

Although the house was nice the unexpected and giant heating bill at the end overshadowed our fairly pleasent stay.

AVOID! The owner tried to scam us out of €70 saying we had to pay for our own gas use. The adverage monthly heating bill in italy is €100-€150 a month. In addition to this the house was never warm at all - most of the time it was quite cold and we wore jackets. We diddnt notice heating was charged extra when we booked, and she was very unclear about how much it would cost to heat the home. A horrible unexpected cost. The fact that she takes the money via cash makes it feel like a scam.

"Perfect place outside of Rome"

We looked for a complete privacy (yet safe and not too isolated) house with garden next to all services (4 minutes drive) and this place fulfilled all our needs with two bathrooms, two private comfortable bedrooms, equipped kitchen and nice dining areas in and outdoor. The hosts were very kind and welcomed us nicely as well as asked if all was well during our stay. All together we had wonderful staying in 'IL Lago'. Thank you
