First of all if you book the apartament in winter time you have to make sure the owner heats the apartament before your arrival. Unfortunatelly, when we arrived in the late evening (after the whole day of journey), the temperature in the apartment was freezing. As it turned out the central heating didn't work. The only thing was the air conditioning, which could help a little bit. Next day a kind of plumber fixed the heatning, but only in the bathroom. Apart from this problem, everything was perfect. The apartment was very spacious, the bed quite comfortable, we had all the facilities we needed and it was close to the restaurants and the beach.
