Minor issue but no plugs near mirror/no long mirror so hard to get ready using hair tools etc.

"I would definitely go back"

The apartment was modern, spacious and extremely clean. Furniture and decor was very nice and the kitchen had all mod cons.

The key for gaining admission was located a short distance from the property which wasn’t ideal in the pouring rain.

"Perfect apart from customer service which was poor"

Flat was perfect.

Customer service was poor. Specifically asked on two occasions if it would be possible to have the sofa bed made up for our late arrival at 00:30. Request ignored. Flight delay meant we didn’t get in until 01:30 exhausted and sofa bed not made up which was disappointing as it was such a simple request. Milk capsules in fridge were off so unable to have a cup of tea first thing.
