Comfortable , modern flay. Great for a short stay

Picking up the key from a different location from flat-key box was attached to a iron fence which was covered in litter+not very nice, but that was my only concern

Spotlessly clean. Good location. Bed in bedroom was v comfortable.

Owner asked for £200 upfront security deposit before giving check in details - this was definitely not agreed or stated on booking.com.. It felt extremely shady practice but I was refunded a few hours after checkout. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping on - i am very surprised that nobody else has commented on this. There was some tv noise from the apartment next door when trying to sleep. The front door does not lock automatically either from inside or outside - we assumed it would auto lock when closed from outside but luckily we checked. It's also a bit fiddly to open the door. The fridge was turned off and therefore not cold. Getting access via the key box was not straightforward - took some finding - instructions should be clearer.

After booking & paying for the stay I was asking for a £200 damage deposit before further details were provided. I wasn’t happy having to pay £200 before my stay especially as the booking only cost £80. It stated on Booking.com that a damage deposit MAY be taken AFTER checkout. There were some message exchanged with the owner who was quite abrupt in her delivery which was annoying. The deposit was paid & I did get it refunded after checkout. Despite this issue I enjoyed the stay at the property.

The apartment was excellent,clean,modern..near to building is car park.. everything for 10+ 😃

Charming appartment that is in perfect condition and close to city centre. Car parking spot is close by, too.

Sometimes you can hear the neighbours, however, this was not until late.
