"Beautiful little property in the countryside"

10.0

Everything was wonderful, the chocolates on bed and the croissants were a wonderful touch. Everything you could need is all in one place. So much thought has gone into the property to make it perfect.

"Enjoyable stay in gorgeous historic village."

9.0

Lovely very new accommodation fitted to a very high standard and complete with many extras such as air con, wine fridge, along with fresh breakfast supplies. Very comfortable bed. Modern, tasteful, well-equipped and in a very peaceful rural location. Easy parking on site. Friendly hosts. Ten minutes walk via a footpath into the pretty NT village of Chiddingstone, and to the castle with woodland walks.

The stairs up to the loft apartment were quite steep to handle with heavy bagage. The utility of the bathroom suffered from the low dormer ceilings. In particular, the small bathroom basin was difficult to use, as it was impossible to actually bend over it. Not sure how someone taller would manage the ceiling height in general.

"A wee slice of heaven"

8.0

The location in the Kent countryside was perfect. We enjoyed walking the bridle path to Hever Castle and back, and the public path through the fields to the gorgeous Chiddingstone Tudor village. Helen provided thoughtful extras, including milk, delicious bread, eggs, and yoghurt for our breakfast, as well as yummy chocolates. Lovely decor and everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning appreciated after arriving to a hot day at the end of a long-haul flight.

All good. Highly recommend.
