Such a lovely place to stay - it's our second visit and we hope to stay again next year! Lots of breakfast options, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, great shower.

"Excellent"

Very clean and well equipped appartement (kitchen). Just one flight of stairs to have access. Parking right in front and walking distance from an excellent pub. Would have liked a slightly bigger bathroom as it's easy to bump your head. Thank you so much for allowing our big dog.

The planes and the curtains (especially with the garden lights on). Adding some thicker curtains would limit the plane noise and the room would be darker in the morning.

"Absolutely superb stay and perfect location for visiting Hever Castle"

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting! The package of goodies was beyond expectation and nothing was missed. Porridge, Fruit, Bread, Butter, Multiple jams, honey, eggs, milk Muesli all provided as part of the stay. Excellent arrange of other things to purchase also provided (different drinks (alcoholic and soft, crisps, chocolate bars etc). The Loft Hatch was immaculately presented and gave us a beautiful place to retreat to after busy days out! The only thing that was a slight niggle was the sink in the bathroom that didn't make for an easy shave because of access. I do know that Helen has planning permission in for a dorma, so hopefully the council get that approved! Didn't detract from the stay at all, in fact gave Karen and I a few giggles trying to use. Excellent stay and will be back for sure.

The Loft Hatch was just lovely, with everything you could possibly need for a stay. I loved all the thoughtful touches and Helen went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed after a long drive from Germany.
