Unique architecture, great location in “old town”, working air conditioner, felt very nicely decorated, cool lighting, and new.

The linens had a few oil stains, and I noticed a few hairs in the bathroom and floor. However, it felt clean for the most part, just not totally spotless.

Perfect location, clean and nice studio. Close to many shops and restaurants. There are few things missing like cutlery, iron etc but over all very good. Good value for money! I would recommend it :)

I would prefer a better communication with the host. I tried to contact him few times, and I had no response. At the end all good, but the customer skills can be improved.

Host was kind. The apartment is at it shows in the pictures, nice and clean. Good location to visit old town.

There is no curtain for a part of the window, so the room gets clear early. Despite the location being good to visit the old town, there is a lot of noise at night of people walking and talking loudly, it was hard to sleep.

The flat is very close to the church, and the sea.

The owner announced us on the arrival day that a pipe got broken in the bathroom so we will stay for the 1st night in a different accomodation. On the next day when we went to check in ( we asked the with a day before when he thinks we could go in so we went after 10 )there was no key, we asked how much time they need hey said 30on , we came back after one hour and we found 2 ladies cleaning and changing the bedding. I also wrote the owner. This is completely unprofessional, bettor to be honest ,say you overbooked it, offer to transport the luggage. Only when I complaint he said he will send a bottle of wine, when I said we do not drink alcohol he just said sorry. No other way of trying to recover the service. So in terms of services it was a poor service

Everything was perfect! The host is very supportive and helped us in everything. The apartment is as in the picture, very well located in the old city and has all you need for your stay. Clean and cosy. Good value for money. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Is not something that I disliked, but as a warning for the guests, I must say that being close to San Nicola church, every morning at 6:00 and 7:00 the bells could be heard. So, if you want to sleep more than these hours, you may have an issue.
