We love the view the most. Right outside all the windows and balcony we could see mountains. Chilling by the fire, looking out at the mountains with the snow falling was an amazing experience. Not only that, but the staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me when I got myself in trouble with my rental car. Kanako actually came all the way down and helped me make calls, staying with me for over an hour. They definitely get 100/10 for customer service!

The stairs are a little treacherous and quite high, but my son loved it. Be careful if you're coming with younger kids or older folks with mobility issues. The lack of window treatment in the bedroom was a bit unnerving, but it meant an amazing view everytime we entered either of the rooms. We also had to clean everything up and return the crockery like an airbnb, which I think is the main business here.
