Newly decorated the apartment is very spacious and comfortable.Kitchen well equipped and generous supply of towels and coffee! The host was very kind and had great English which was lucky for me. Also it is Just around the corner from the famous le Bicerin cafe. Walking distance to most attractions. Would happily stay again!

Comfortable bed matress, all you need equipped kitchen, fast speed wifi, spacious appartment, authentic 19 century building, great location - Caffe Al Bicerin, established in 1763 just accross the street.

Bathroom could be upgraded

Getting keys was easy. I was met promptly by Alessandro, the host, at the property at 3pm (check in time). I had requested an early check in but request was denied. I was disappointed, though, that he informed me that he needed "30 more mintutes to clean." I had also asked about parking before we left but did not get specifics, only just that he could direct us to parking. He sent me the information the day we were arriving, but I didn't have wifi, so didn't have the info before arriving. So, with limited time in Turin to start, we ended up just going right from parking the car to trying to see some sights. We didn't end up coming back to the apartment until 8pm, and brought food back with us to cook for dinner. When we turned the oven on, we lost all electricity in the apartment. There was no information left for us in the apartment, so I called Alessandro. He didn't answer, so I left a message. I then found another contact number on my booking info and called that number. That person said he was Alessandro's "partner" and he said that we "can't use so much electricity at once' (we had two chargers in wall outlets charging phones and turned on the oven when we lost power). He said he would call back wiht info on what to do. We were completely in the dark (used our phone flashlights) for about 25 minutes. he called back and gave instructions on how to reset the breaker (in a box outside of the apartment). However, even after unplugging the chargers, every time we turned the oven on, the electricity went out again. Literally, we spent $240 to be in an apartment for about 14 hours (overnight) and then couldn't cook the food we'd bought. We spent 7 nights in 7 different properties and this was the most expensive and most disappointing experience. I suggested to Alessandro that I be refunded some of our money but never heard back from him.
