staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. easy to get to the train station (walking distance).

shared facilities and rooms were quite outdated and old looking, compared to the photos. it was really hot walking around the building (during summer) and the aircon unfortunately took some time to cool the room down. the room wasn't super clean either. unfortunately not worth the price.

Affordable price, friendly staff although they don’t speak English we’ve managed with google translate. The ladies were so lovely and helpful. She helped my daughter tying the obi of her Yukata before we headed out for Hanabi. Breakfast was good and filling (Japanese style)

Bath area could be a bit cleaner

フジロックの前泊で利用させていただきました。ホテルの方が優しく出迎えてくださり、楽しんできてねと仰ってくださいました！お風呂もキチンと小さな温泉的なものがあるので疲れが取れました！

- The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. - I valued the onsen and clothes drying room a lot. - The morning shuttle was really great.

- It was too far away and the evening transport situation was difficult. Not a great location if you're there for snow sports. - Everything was overpriced - food/room.
