Outlook of the property is good Paid Breakfast was good

Room had bad smoky smell TV didn’t have any subscriptions so as good as not working

Nice clean hotel

We were charged more money on arrival and what we booked it for 2,000 rupies more

All was too good

Infra and facilities are good and good environment and feel superb even food very nicely provided

daily usage things not received right time. TV connection disconnected which was not good way and service getting delay sometimes. Only corporate level treat or facilities available but non corporate people needed same service like families when visited

Value for money, new rooms

Location is a bit away from the main tourist spots but it was ok for us since our work involved places close to this hotel

1. Priority check-in 2. Behaviour of staff 3. Clean rooms and washrooms 4. Good breakfast options

1. Biscuits/edibles (chargeable if used )could have been provided with the tea-bags and coffee sachets. My parents felt that their morning and evening tea-drinking experience was incomplete. 2. The minibar fridge was empty in both rooms. If there were some soft drinks (chargeable if used) then it would have been great
