The Bromeliad at Turtle Cove Villas

Perfect location. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed.

It was in the middle of the island close to The Sanctuary hotel, from which we hired bikes and ate at the reasonably priced Loggerhead bar. It was good having two sinks and the kitchen was well equipped apart from no tea towels or kettle. It felt very private and was nice that you could park straight outside the building. I didn’t realise it had a washing machine and tumble drier that would have used if we had been there for longer.

A little dark on the outside area but nice and private. Needed tea towels, a kettle and chopping boards. The pillows were very hot and big.

Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated condo. Nice selection of tv apps and channels. Very good communication with the owners. The condo sits right on the main biking path and is only a 5 min bike ride to the beach.

No hangars available at all....talked to owner and told me where to get some...had to do research on the island and finally found an ACE store that had some...bought 20 and left them....but, owner did agree to repay me....will be waiting for check to arrive.

The location is great! We biked to the beach every day! The one bedroom was plenty of room for me and my husband. The bathroom is a little tight. Nice shower pressure, hot/cold water was efficient. One suggestion is , put some hangers in the closet. I didn’t have any to hang up my blouses.

It didn’t really bother me, but you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

We rented bikes and rode them all over the island.

No wash clothes

Ran out of toilet paper no extra under the sink or any cabinets or closets. No extra tissues and no wash cloths. Called the connect person after several calls and text the items were delivered . Also we had alot of rain no drainage in front of the steps to either enter or leave the property without stepping in the water.

The property management was very attentive to our needs and the facility was nice. The golf course looked terrific - very well maintained.

My wife and I were in the area for sightseeing, not golf. To get to and from most of the Charleston sights was roughly 60 minutes each direction.

Excellent value. Things were just as pictured.

A longer walk to the beach than I’d had on previous stays, but I knew that going in since this was my 5th time visiting Kiawah Island. The good price made the extra walk worthwhile. Certain doors were har to close. Bathroom feels a bit cramped. Might have been nice to supply more toilet paper than we were left and coffee filters would be a nice addition.
