The room was without window
USNothing. The room was a windowless, sewage-smelling disgrace for the price.
This property (and Booking.com, for that matter) fails to transparently disclose that at least one of the rooms has no proper windows. While there is technically a small window, it opens to a narrow, smelly shaft—hardly acceptable for a decent accommodation (see pics). Additionally, the room had an awful stale sewage smell that made our stay extremely unpleasant. The overall conditions were well below basic standards, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Booking.com should ensure such critical details (like windowless rooms or persistent odors) are clearly stated upfront.

Very small room with no ventilation .
ITThe room was not too big nor too small, acceptable for two adults and one child. The room and the bathroom were clean. The shower was exceptionally nice. The position is perfect for visiting Cagliari by foot.
The room number 2 had only one window that overlooked the very small inner courtyard, so no natural light entered the room.
ATGreat location, clean and easy access and great AC. Enjoyed our stay throughly, especially the restaurants and bars in the vincinity.
SEThe shower was peculiar but incredible! They also had Netflix which was very nice!
