Апартаменти хороші, місце розташування чудове, поряд метро, магазини, центральний парк в 20 хв ходьби, Будинок дуже старий і це додає атмосфери). В квартирі прибирають один раз на тиждень але якісно. На всі мої прохання була позитивна реакція від менеджера Юлії, дякую, що турбуєтетесь про комфорт.

Під'їзд без ремонту, провода для електрики викликають занепокоєння, вони висять прямо над головою і мають не надійний вигляд.
