City centre with sea view apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, making us feel at home from the very first minute. Everything was well organized and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very good. The hostess is very kind and friendly.

Very good location of the apartment, 30 meters to the seashore downstairs between Mistral and Intercontinental hotels. There are several beaches in the walking distance, including great Almyros beach.Some good supermarkets within 5 min. Apartment has excellent equipment, everything new and high quality. Amazing sea view from the balcony.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto accogliente e confortevole. Ottima posizione per arrivare nel centro di Agios Nikolaos. Signora dell'appartamento gentilissima e molto attenta e discreta. Un gran bel soggiorno.

Appartamento splendido vista mare vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. Christina ci ha accolto con frutta fresca, bevande e dolci.. tutto perfetto! Lo consigliamo!

The host was wonderful, communicated regularly and even gave us some tips on placed to visit. The lovely gesture of food was greatly appreciated too. The apartment is in a great location and well equip, the roads are naturally hilly so lots of steps but very close to the action.

Parking is difficult or you can pay but it's a few minutes walk from the apartment. The hotel next door was quite loud on one of the nights but otherwise great stay.

I am almost inclined to keep this apartment a secret. Such a gem! This is our 6th place on Crete, and so far we liked Agios Nikolaos and this apartment the best! The stairs all over Agios Nikolaos were new for us, we did not expect that at all. However, after a day there this only started adding to its charm. We also did not expect this to be a whole city! The hosts have really thought of everything. Whenever we thought of "it would be great if there was ...", the apartment had it. Christina was attentive, friendly, easily reachable even though we did not meet once during the stay. Super easy to communicate with, we were welcomed with bottled water (much, much appreciated!), snacks, fruits, bread. Well done and best of luck!

I've stayed in many apartments booked through Booking, but this was by far the most amazing experience and the most pleasant apartment I have ever stayed in. We spent three weeks in Christina's apartment and wished we could stay longer. The apartment was impeccably equipped—Christina thought of everything a traveler might need and more. Every detail was designed to make you feel at home, from cooking appliances and board games to beach items and toiletries. The location is perfect, being close to the city center and the seaside promenade, with the beach just a short walk away. The apartment is modern, charming, and comfortable, ideal for both long and short stays. Christina went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.
