The location was fairly good and the fact that it was quiet. A/Cs in all rooms was a plus too given the fact that there was high temperatures for the time of visit.

The property was not clean enough. Even the mop that was there to facilitate our stay, was really dirty and when used it would give up a bad smell and a lot of hair residuals from past usage, we had to clean it thorough prior using it, and there were no kind of floor detergent available. The mattresses on the single beds were not comfortable at all. There was a weird mouldy like odour, in the property, specifically in the living room and one of the two bedrooms. There were no visible mould remains on wall or cabinets but later on we realized that the smell was coming out from the fabric of the sofa and the arm chairs. Definitely not a value for money either.
