Amazing property- beautifully furnished and I couldn’t have wanted more. The little touches like the welcome food was wonderful and Kate was a perfect host. I can’t recommend this property enough and will definitely be back!

Location was ideal for the places we were visiting and was located in a quiet lane on the outskirts of the village. This spacious attached building was well fitted out and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable and very clean. We plan to visit again next year,

This lovely little house is probably the best I've ever booked with Booking.com and I've been a customer for a good few years. There is absolutely nothing I can fault with The Pump House. Kate, the lovely, very friendly owner has wonderful taste and the house reflects this in the quality furnishings and decor. The attention to detail is second to none....from the cocktail shaker to the picnic basket and towels under the hallway table for use at the beach. Absolutely everything you could need is supplied here and the lovely touch of a fresh loaf, butter, jam and milk after a long journey is so thoughtful. It is absolutely spotless and living in an old house myself, I know how it can be far more difficult to keep it that way! The location is fabulous...you're only a few miles from craft centres, farm shops, lovely villages, a zoo, Felbrigg Hall, Aylsham and it's little railway, the beaches and restaurants of Cromer. Plenty to see and do locally and plenty of places to eat out or shop or just relax in the pretty , little garden with a good book. Honestly, I could wax lyrical about The Pump House for pages but can I suggest that you check it out for yourself? If you do and you're disappointed, then I really don't think that there is a property out there that will ever be good enough for you!

A beautiful period cottage with absolutely everything one could need for a stay away from home. Our host even provided a homemade loaf, homemade jam, milk and a welcome card.
