İMS ÇARŞI OTEL

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Ahmed hat uns herzlich empfangen und zum Hotel navigiert. Auch ein kostenfreier Parkplatz wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt, was in Mardin ein Highlight ist. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar. Die Hotelinhaberin war äußerst hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Trotz meiner verfrühten Anreise bot sie mir ein werthöheres Zimmer zu gleichen Konditionen an. Danke nochmals für die Rettung in der verregneten Nacht. Die Handtücher duften frisch, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Betten angenehm. Die Nächte waren trotz zentraler Lage ruhig und boten erholsamen Schlaf. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Der Zigarettenrauch aus dem Vorzimmer dringt bei offener Türe in die Zimmer. Den Raucherbereich nach draußen zu verlegen wäre empfehlenswert.

Close to Main Street, a/c

1. Extremely noisy in late night with guests coming in. Couldn’t sleep between 11pm and 1230am. 2. No hot water 3. Reception needs to be improved. They didn’t give us the key to the outside door and we had to wait 30 minutes at 930pm for it. My advice look elsewhere this place has too many problems

Location close to tourist attractive area

Maps was not accurate but the owner wasy to reach and pick us up and guide to hotel.

Very nice place, nice atmosphere of the market around, directly located in the city centre. The staff was very nice and friendly, reserved a room for us at the last minute and helped us. Also we could leave our baggage for a one day trip. The room is spacious in a very nice stone style. Water and coffee were proposed to us several times.

The cement was falling down from the celling to the room and to the bed. The water in the bathroom did not flowed away and the door was a bit broken so there was water in the room and we could not use the toilet before the water flowed away. There is a small window directly to the reception so the personal comfort is a bit reduced.

Very nice location in the market is perfect. The staff helped us with everything. The bigger rooms next to the reception are very beautiful and they have this old-times atmosphere. Possibility to leave our baggae during a day trip was really nice.

The room was not finished, there was some construction foam at the door. No separated bathroom so you get wet when you go only to the toilet. The Wi-Fi is not so good on the first floor.

Er was een heerlijk huiskamersfeer. Het was alsof wij bij familie op bezoek waren. Heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

Mienten en la descripción. La habitación que reservé no tenía aire acondicionado y en la descripción pone que sí. Me ofrecieron cambiarme a otra de inferior categoría que sí tenía aire acondicionado y que además estaba sucia. Finalmente me quedé en la que había reservado pese a no tener aire acondicionado. La habitación está junto al lobby y el personal no para de hablar por teléfono y fumar durante toda la noche. Un horror descansar.

Awesome room, loved the cave style! Great location right in the old town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free water and cay available in common room.

The common room was right outside our door and you can hear other people talking.

Kiva ja siisti huone, kiva tyyppi vastaanotossa. Hotelli sijaitse ihanassa vanhassa paikassa ja uusi Mardin on myös lähellä. Suosittelen kovasti!
