The hotel was conveniently located and well-maintained. The rooms and common areas were clean, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel room lacked adequate space to unpack and store luggage, which made the stay less convenient. The elevators were insufficient for the number of guests and were often slow and crowded. Additionally, the hotel provided only one washer and one dryer for all guests, resulting in limited access to laundry facilities. Another concern was the bathroom setup. Climbing into the bathtub to use the shower was difficult and presented a potential safety hazard, particularly for guests with mobility concerns.
