Self-contained Annex for short stay

Good communication. Value for money.

Small thing, if you added a tv into the room that would help with longer stays but that’s a preference. Nothing to stop us booking again.

Cosy, clean and comfortable. Great for short stay.

The hosts were lovely, informed me that the shower wasn't working before my stay did offer cancelation but managed to get this fixed the day I got there. Comfortable and quiet, will stay again next time I'm here for work.

Host had good communication and accomodation was clean and had good wifi

The location was not what we expected. The area is a bit run down and the annexe is really just a garden room/ office in someone's back garden. The lock is very awkward to lock at night. Only one pillow was given and an inadequate size quilt for the bed. Also there is wfi but no TV. The facilities worked but were very basic. The garden view mentioned is just someone's back garden in a built up area with lots of dogs barking around and kids bikes strewn in the garden. We never actually saw the host or had a phone number to contact them on the whole time we were there. Luckily we only used this to sleep in as we're out all day. There are also no lights in the garden so had to use phone torches to return at night. It is a bit cheaper than some other places but I would not return

Good size and well-equipped for a short stay. Clean and tidy.

No real negatives at all.

Shailesh and his family were very welcoming and helpful (the annex is in the garden of their house). They keep a clean place, the bed is comfortable, with a good bathroom.
