Tourism at its worst. The whole building and surrounding is an agony. Waiting for an elevator at check out 30'..poorly built, poorly kept. Doors hinge broken.

The view because we received a panoramic view after we refused to receive the first apartment that was dirty and not applying for living person.

First of all it is not a hotel, it is an apartments very low quality with no service, no cleaning, no clean towels during the week and only 1 toilet paper roll for 7 night of stay, you need to throw the garbage by yourself 200 meters from the building and buy garbage bags! They cant give me an invoice with date of payment, currency and from who it is, I asked several times. The room is old, with ants and small cockroaches, doors barely closed and opens, elevators are terrible (12 elevators on a building with 52 floors and about 70 rooms on a floor), all kitchen doors are not working and there in no one to complain, the shower had is sparing every ware. In booking they telling that is a free transfer from airport to hotel and back - there is no such thing, they telling there is a pool - also a lay. 5 day later we back to the room and the card didn't open the door, I called the office and the told me to go to reception to reset my card, in reception the told me that they cant do it and I need to call to the owners. I went back to the office - the called to the owners and sent me back to reception, I asked the to open the door that my wife and kids could enter the room- they told me its not possible. I returned to reception and they reset my card (my wife and 2 small kids sited in the corridor about 40 minutes until I could open the door. They took the money by cash from advance and that it!!!
