The cot in the living room

Well equipped for self catering.The shower was excellent. Main bed was comfortable. Close to the beach.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for my son to sleep on, too short with a hard join in the middle. He slept in the sofa instead. We found more pillows but not extra bedding. Bathroom radiator rusty in places, needs painting.

The flat everything you need for a short stay plus great location near lovely beach.

It was cheap and cheerful, good communication from the owner. Clear instructions.

The parking space

As soon as I walked in it looked very very outdated. There was a musty smell to the property. Within minutes you could hear the upstairs neighbours banging around which didn’t stop til 4am. Rust over all of the radiators and a door (which I assume is the front door) bolted with a chair against it. I went to see friends and they advised me the area is pretty rough. The whole feel of the place just wasn’t nice.

Exceptionally clean. Great communication from owner.

Bed mattress needs replacing (owner advised).

Spacious, great location for event. Comfy bed, nice to have option of a bath.

No tea/coffee so had to shop on arrival. Would have been nice to drop bags and not to have to shop for essentials. First property not to supply basics. Noise from occupants of flats above, unsocial hours, knocking on front door for ages early morning to gain entry to flats above. Unfortunately bedroom window next to main door entry.

Pretty much everything.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t just broken kitchen worktop and sofa bed is a bit too soft/bouncy for good night sleep so perhaps replacing them in the near future would get you 10/10 👍

It was close to the beach and had parking.
