Nothing worked! Beware! Totally scam!

The host, Jasmine, is a scammer and a lier! Totally unprofessional, incompetent and only hungry for money! On the day of check-in, while we were on the road, I asked her for details about access to property. She informed me she cancelled my reservation because the apartment was already booked on Airbnb! Although my reservation was paid and confirmed over a month ago! Contacted by the phone she apologized she could not even refund my money and that she only has another apartment available in Prima Vista complex, superior to the one I booked and more expensive, but without parking space, sofa bed and internet! And only available from 18.00! I requested that these deficiencies had to be remedied by the time we arrive in Bucharest, about 15.30! When I arrived, the location described as superior was not even put into use, It was still under renovation, everything was still covered in foil and lime and none of the facilites worked! There was nothing for a habitable house, not even dishes and cutlery! The household appliances did not even have plugs to be connected to power supply, moreover the operating manuale were still inside the oven and washing machine! The lamps had no bulbs, not even the key has the intercom card for access to the block as proof that it had not been rented before as the host lied! With me was my elderly mother who had recently undergone surgery and was coming for a post medical checkup and I could not even prepare food for her although she had to take her meals and pils at fixed time! Called the host again, again more appologies. She appeared only after a couple of hours and again appologies and blamed her daughter, Bianca, for not beeing attentive enough to apartment facilities! They brought some dishes and left to look for electrician and plugs! After another couple of hours they returned with electrician and he connected oven, hob and hood.
