Cozy Sand Beach Hotel

Perfect location just outside the city center in a quiet, peaceful area. The owners are incredibly nice and very helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are spotless and very clean, and they come with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The place was super clean and organised, the people are super nice, they helped us, they were there whenever we needed them, they helped us even to fix our luggage and they didn't want to accept money for it. They were super kind and helpful and the place is super cozy

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, and the shared spaces were always well-maintained. I loved the common areas—perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and key attractions, making it super convenient to explore the area. Overall, this hostel exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, social, and affordable place.

Great Location… Beach front..

Our short trip to Arugam Bay was truly elevated by our stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, whose hospitality went beyond our expectations. For instance, when I asked for an umbrella, they provided one within seconds. The entire property, including our room, was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The common area was perfect for remote work—quiet and well-suited to focus. Though we didn’t cook, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious fridge, which was perfect for storing fresh fruits and breakfast items from the nearby shop. The location was also ideal, with the beach just a short walk away and several surf spots within easy reach. Since it’s not directly on the main street, we were able to enjoy a calm environment without noise from nearby parties. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arugam Bay. If I ever return, there’s no question I’ll book here again!

The owner is one of the most gentle people that I’ve met, very helpful and an extraordinary cook. Garden is beautiful. The place is situated 30 seconds from the beach. A/c in the room, very clean. Highly recommended and I will come back for sure!
