Whilst the property was unacceptable, the owner was friendly and helpful. The cleaner does a fair job with what she is working with.

The property is poorly maintained. The main double bed has a stained, unhygienic, flipped over, broken mattress that was absolutely abhorrent. All mattresses and pillows need replacing. We were booked for two nights but had to leave after a sleepless 1st night. The main purpose for a property is to provide a clean safe place to sleep and stay and this was far from the case. Bathroom has broken parts in the bath/shower, the toilet bowl moves as its not secured to the floor, the outdoor laundry is disorganised, mouldy and a trip hazard, the electric kettle had to be boiled multiple times and was still unusable due to something coming off the inside surface. The steps to bedrooms etc are steep and unsafe. We could go on...

Nothing to complain about

The apartment was very central to city centre. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach.

The stairs were a bit too challenging for us. So if you dont like stairs this place is not for you.

Nothing was worth mentioning except the location. But unfortunately unlike the programme, in this instance Location was not everything. But the MICE obviously like it.

House in need of complete revamp as agreed by the owner. Bath leaks, toilet is wobbly .. beds very uncomfortanle, cleaners had not been when we arrived, which was just before 3pm .. so we had to leave again when they arrived to facilitate cleaning. Gaps under doors .. so would imagine very cold any later in the year. .. last but not least .. furry visitors were very unwelcome .. so obviously having investigated and discovered mouse droppings in cupboards and drawers .. had no faith in "cleaning services" .. unfortunately for us .. we could not get accommodation anywhere at this stage as Belfast was very busy and completely booked with Les Miserables being shown which is what we had travelled for .. and one of the party had travelled from Wexford ..and both by public transport.. otherwise we would have vacated as quickly as possible. So obviously we could not use the facilities with vermin roaming around. We did vacate as quickly as practicable on Sunday morning .. had a cup of tea at the bus station. I have taken photographs .. but to date have not been able to find anywhere I can upload them. I had a battle to get a refund .. as the owner said .. I would get a partial refund .. minus "cleaning fees" ... even tho he messaged me to say he had Pest Control in on the Monday .. so i just hope nobody was staying on the Sunday night ... and as i say was offered partial refund. on the basis I did not put up a bad review... and btw I do have all these messages saved as screen shots.. so my information cannot be disputed. So for anyone who has booked .. please ensure there is a certificate from pest control giving the property the all clear .. and ask the owner if he has fixed the other issues and replaced the beds .. and fixed the gaps under the doors .. especiallythe back door .. which im sure is probablywhere the mice got in... the owner was trying to say it was possiblydue to construction going on down the street...

Had a little trouble with the stairs & bath, but that is because I am an older person. It is a great place to stay

It had plenty of room, well appointed and good natural light.

The front door was tricky to lock and unlock from the inside but we did learnt quickly. Bath was high for us to step in and out. Shower taps were a bit tricky to operate.

A nice and typical house in the center of Belfast for a fair price. With parking in front for free. I couldn't complain about anything.

Access by code. Door had a 'ring' doorbell installed so felt safe

Location was OK wouldn't like to walk the area at night alone

Spacious, centrally-located, and very clean with a washer AND dryer. Kamil was accommodating and very communicative prior to and throughout our stay. Overall lovely!
