The villas are nice.

This villa is beautiful and the facility is nice but unfortunately my bed had bed bugs and I woke with hundreds of bites across my body.

Better than expected. The villa was amazing, truly unforgettable experience and stay.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, calm and very close to everything in Uluwatu.

Although the villa is beautiful and comfortable, I think it is lacking a bit of caring, such as painting all the walls.

Such lovely decor. Felt very in and out living and the view of the pool from the bed was lovely. Photos don’t do it justice.

Location was a little out but that was also nice too if you’re wanting peaceful

Our stay started with a very disappointing experience. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that there was ongoing construction at the property and that we could cancel and receive a refund. However, this is not acceptable to communicate upon arrival, especially when guests arrive with luggage and planned work commitments. The initial villa we were given had a dirty, green swimming pool that clearly had not been maintained. Shortly after check-in, the Wi-Fi stopped working, which was critical for me as I had scheduled work calls. We were temporarily moved to another villa to work, but after about two hours we were told that new guests were checking in and we had to leave immediately. This created a very stressful situation, as I had ongoing work calls and no clear place to go. Later, we were offered an upgraded villa, which was more comfortable. However, the problems did not stop there. The next morning there was a power outage. We were told it was a general blackout in the area, but based on other reviews it appears to be a recurring issue specific to this property. During the stay, there were multiple power cuts and additional Wi-Fi disruptions due to maintenance work. Overall, what should have been a relaxing stay turned into two days of stress, constant disruptions, and uncertainty. Communication from the host was extremely poor. The host was unresponsive, and the on-site staff did not take responsibility or provide clear information. I recommend checking recent reviews before booking, as ongoing construction next to the villa affects both noise levels and privacy, including around the pool. Important issues such as ongoing construction, unreliable electricity, and unstable Wi-Fi should be clearly disclosed in the listing. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property and believe guests should be properly informed before booking.

The property is stunning. Very clean and tidy. The pool is a good size for the villa, the outdoor seating area and kitchen is also very nice. Bed is comfy and big, safe is provided and there is plenty of wardrobe space. It felt very secure.

The construction next door to us was not ideal. Work happened late at night and could hear it. The construction site overlooked our villa and often seen workers on the roof. The site could also see into the bathroom and shower so couldn’t shower at certain times without fear of being watched. Once that is complete it will be lovely but unfortunately it let us down.

Not that it was a bad thing but we just didn’t realise that you can’t walk anywhere you have to get cars or motorbikes
