La localización y que la casa tiene todos los detalles para que te sientas en casa. La casa es absolutamente ideal, tiene super cerca parking gratuito (lo cuál hay que tenerlo en cuenta en una ciudad como Aveiro). Además con la bomba se está super a gusto. Las fotos son totalmente fieles a la realidad. Además la dueña fue muy agradable al recibirnos en nuestra llegada

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. Por poner un pero, a veces se apagaba el calentador y había que cerrar y abrir el grifo para volver a arrancar el agua caliente.
