The strategic location, easy to source for food and to call for transport ie.Grab/Maxim

The room AC was making tik-tok noise. Initially I thought it was leaking. No leakage found. The noise is low but clear.

It has a restaurant and convenience store. One of the best budget hotels for solo traveler. Will stay again there.

The bed is so hard which makes it hard for me to sleep. Also there is no fridge but its okay.
