Beautifully clean, good equipment and good quality beds and bedding

Only one lounge area, to get to the conservatory you went through a bedroom unless you went outside and back in through a garden door.

Very comfortable house, with top of the range appliances and every conceivable comfort. BBQ hut was a highlight. I now want one of my own. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean.

Amazing location and great facilities in the house, we lived the BBQ house which was perfect to sit round and catch up with the family.

It is next to a pub, ideal for some but not all. You walk through bedroom to get to conservatory, mostly ok, but the BBQ room offset this little comment!

Location, house, all the facilities and touches the owners have made to make the house feel like a home

Having £350 taken from my account as a deposit, when I was informed that I had paid all charges Also we arrived and the house was freezing, we could not get the boiler on so had to call for assistance. The response and assistance were excellent from the New Forest Escapes and Simon Young, The boiler needed bleeding and was soon fixed. However, the instructions typed out in the manual are for the old boiler as says to pull down a lap - which does not exist, so would be worthwhile updating
