Cosy Detached Annexe With Free Off Street Parking

The accommodation is well thought out with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the towels thick and luxurious. It was ideally situated for my plans for the weekend.

I missed the ability to sit outside especially as it was a very warm weekend - the only outside space is next to the cars on the drive way. I would have liked more privacy - perhaps some net curtains - as shutting the big curtains meant losing the air flow if the windows were open. At one point I had the window and door open to cool the room while I was relaxing and a young girl took a peek in the doorway while entering the gate to the garden. I had crashed out due to exhaustion at 9:30pm the second night and was woken at 10:30pm by lots of screeching and screaming from primary aged children in the garden - it took me over an hour to get back to sleep, so please be mindful that there may be noise from the nearby properties, especially during summer evenings.

Great location, close to a park and Livia did a great job making the place feel welcoming and cosy

The dust and pollen made us physically sick. It was far worse than anywhere else in the UK, even London. We would have appreciated a fan so we could keep the windows closed OR an air purifier as the dust got everywhere. I cannot emphasise enough how bad it was. Also minor point but Livia made a point to kindly leave body wash and shampoo etc for us, but all of these were completely empty on arrival! Not an issue as we had our own but just for future reference

We had been on the go for two months and needed a pause before the next place - this was absolutely perfect. Beautiful space, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, all the amenities and more you could need. A short drive into town, and a lovely area to walk around. Livia was the perfect host; responsive, yet gave us our privacy, gracious and ensured we had everything we needed. Excellent value!

The owner had put a lot of thought into giving renters nearly everything they may need including a washer-dyer and an iron and ironing board. The mere many condiments for cooking and had pit fresh milk in the fridge. It was a comfortable base. Owner was bery receptive to requests

While it was compact it was perhaps a little too compact for a one week stay.

If i could give this room hundred stars, i would. I was greeted warmly. I felt wrapped in luxury, everything was just perfect. Room was warm, bed was excellent, tv was massive. Selection of drinks - i really really loved the Nespresso coffee machine mmm. There was full set of plates and cutlery, even a disheasher. And a washing machine! Shower was super with a selection of toiletries. Every detail of the room was built to a high quality standard, nothing cheap. Beautifully decorated. Surrounding area was stunning, and bus stops to work wothin short walking distance. I slept extremely well, and woke up rested and happy. Strong recommendations from me
