Nice setup and new house design

1. Very dusty that makes us sneeze for the whole stay 2. Hard to open the entrance door 3. Pipe leaking at bathroom 4. No bedsheet for one of the single mattress 5. Queen mattress bedsheets have dirt stains 6. Very small iron and not able to iron properly before going to an event.

Keselesaan penginapan dan lokasi tempat penginapan untuk keluarga di mana keadaan bilik yang selesa, di samping kemudahan peralatan rumah yang berfungsi dengan baik. Cuma tiada kemudahan wifi. terima kasih

The fact that the host didnt take my booking serious. There are previous tenant inside when i arrived. Available at 5.10 but very kotor. Dah inform suruh cleaning betul2 walaupon lambat, tp i think cleaner just susun2 bantal n comforter je. Rambut everywhere, habuk, tissue and rambut on the bed, definitely tak tukar cadar baru. How could you? I pay you and expect a clean house?

Upgrade customer servis. Mintak depo laju, tapi details rumah bagi lambat. Ramah sikit dgn customer at least say sorry or thankyou!
