The Highlander by Eden Crest

The house was a nice and large area. Decorated nicely. The bedrooms are spacious and have nice furniture in each room. The appliances are nice. Having a code for entry is nice, it never worries about who has the keys and losing them. The washer and dryer were a great bonus. Especially when you have little ones.

There needs to be some updates. The porch rails are loose and wobbly and the wood needs replaced. There is no furniture on the porches to enjoy the view. The kid's bedroom downstairs window's locks were broken. I put a piece of wood to keep anyone from opening the window. I contacted management and they only put a screw in to fix it. However, that didn't stop the top window from being slid down. Found a baby copperhead downstairs, and after that, we didn't see the bottom half of the house. In fear of my grandson being hurt. The tile needs to be reinforced in some areas the tiles move some. The prior guests left stains on one of the couches, maintenance took the covers off and never returned with new or replacements. So we didn't have enough seating. The fire alarm battery was dead and the alarm kept beeping. We had to take off the wall and remove the batteries. Maintenance came the next evening to replace.
