"Для большой семьи или для большой компании хороший вариант не смотря на все минусы."

Большая площадь, планировка, три отдельные спальни, большая кухня и столовая зона. 2 санузла.

Старый ремонт, частично не работают свет, требуется косметический ремонт и ремонт мебели/электрики. Высокая цена.
