We liked everything about the property, the location and gated community is a bonus. The pool area catches the late morning sun until dark. The bedrooms were all lovely with their own en suites. The cinema room with games were a particular hit with the kids too.

There were just a few maintenance issues which I have raised before writing this review. Broken lamp on arrival and missing blinds and other minor issues which I’m sure can be easily rectified.

Friendly and responsive hosts. Questions were answered within minutes. It's a wonderful villa with multiple themed rooms, Mickey and Minnie breakfast nook, Pirate of the Seas living room, Disney Princess room for girls, and Star Wars room for boys. They also have a theater and game room with six comfortable reclining theater seats and a multigame arcade. The villa was very clean. The villa has five bedrooms, two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. There are five and a half baths! Our kids enjoy the large private swimming pool a lot. It's west facing and thus we got a lot of sunny Florida. We didn't need the optional pool heat but it'll be very warming during the cold months. The villa is located in a quiet and safe resort community that's gated. It's close to everything you can name, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, shopping, and it's about 15 minutes to the nearest Disney Park, the Animal Kingdom. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Checked In late at night with a large group. House was disgusting and full of bugs. Lizard running around In the kitchen. The host assured me the house would be clean following a previous bad review and entering the home made my skin crawl. Avoid at all cost. Shocking attitude and behaviour for someone letting out their property. Hire some reliable cleaners urgently

Stayed for 14 nights for visiting the Disney Parks. To start with, great communication with the owners, we were a bit anxious with this being our first villa rental, but the owners answered our (sometimes strange) questions succinctly and quickly. Great location, great villa, gated community, quiet area, and had everything we needed for a two week stay (although we didn`t cook in the villa, everything was provided i.e. saucepans, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, too much to mention, TV`s in main room and bedrooms, with a giant TV in the separate cinema room. About 20-25 minutes to WDW. Only the two of us so we used the upstairs Master bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable (better than our own bed at home). Pool was good and didn`t need any pool heat (we were there for the last 2 weeks in September). It`s not perfect but then neither is our own home but would those imperfections prevent us from giving 10/10, no they wouldn`t. This was our first experience of a villa holiday in Florida. Would we stay there again?, yes in a heartbeat.

Maybe consider changing the carpets in the pool area as they are a little worm but that`s just a minor point that doesn`t detract from using the pool area after a long hot day at the Parks.
