Apartamentul de la etaj este mare, curat, confortabil, dotat cu centrală. Propietara este amabilă. Parcarea din spatele proprietății este generoasă, cu locuri suficiente. Zona este liniștită, trenurile care trec prin spatele proprietății nu deranjează
