Spotless, cozy, comfortable Old Stable with very helpful and friendly owners. Extra touches like a jug of fresh milk in the fridge for an arrival cuppa were so appreciated. Discreet and peaceful yet excellent location in the centre of Shifnal

We stayed at The Old Stables recently as we have family in the village. We had the most relaxing and comfortable time. We did not want to leave! check in was easy to follow as Sarah gave us precise instructions to follow. The little touch’s left really did make a difference to our arrival. The cottage was gloriously cosy with lots of modern character yet old world charm …. It was spotlessly clean too! They’ve thought of everything- if we wanted to eat in or out-it was all there for us. Bed was comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay again when visiting our relatives.

Comfortable and cute property with everything you need away from home. Beautiful beams in the bedroom make it feel a more spacious cottage. Great communication from the owners. Recommend No 5 for brunch/lunch - four mins walk away. I had a car and parked just along the road. Rail station super close.
