Apartament is extremely poorly equipped - almost nothing in the kitchen (see pictures), no hair dryer, no dishwasher. Is not the nicest area - a lot of homeless people sleeping on the streets around. It is extremely loud in the nights due to nightclubs and poor isolation - especially between midnight and 5 in the morning all days during the week, not only weekends, even though apartment is on 7th floor. If support is needed - they do not respect time, first day we gave up after 1,5h waiting and second day technician came 1h late and fixed only broken chairs, which were in that condition upon our arrival. We didn't get support with not working Internet.

Staff communication was good. No early access.

The apartment lacks a lot of little things like hangers, cutlery , blinds on the living room window for people sleeping in there. It was beautifully renovated but the street was not nice and there was a club downstairs that played music all night until 9am so we did not sleep.

Next to this apartment it’s one club what play very very very loud music started around 12.00am an stop 6.00am on weekends time and Saturday stop music playing 8.30 am and Sunday 11.30 am Impossible to sleep. People who looked for relaxing I give them advice to not take this apartment. No choice to sleep there Last night bedroom TV was completely disconnected from internet. No sleep No TV Horrible

Clean and comfortable apartment.

We arrived at night and the entrance was a little disturbing but the apartment itself was a pleasant surprise

It had 2 bathrooms, very elegant and fancy

The jacuzzi is not included in the price, The entrance was a bit tricky, there weren’t many ammenities
