Bellissima struttura tradizionale arredata con grande gusto in tutti i particolari. Stanze e bagni spaziosi ed attrezzati di tutti i comfort . Staff eccellente soprattutto per pulizia e preparazione delle colazioni

Ein schönes Riad in einer akzeptablen Lage

Ich habe einen Check-In Zeitfenster vereinbart, der Anbieter oder dessen Vertreter war aber nicht da. Das Einchecken war deswegen seeeehr mühsam. Dafür stand der Vermieter am Morgen unserer Abreise unangemeldet und ohne zu klingeln in unserem Apartment. Das Riad ist ganz gut, der Vermieter katastrophal. Ich empfehle jedem, dieses Apartment zu meiden

La propreté de ce Riad ainsi que la décoration apaisante. Le petit déjeuner est un grand point positif servi par Fatna (une personne accueillante, attentionnée et très discrète) L’emplacement qui ne nécessite pas de rentrer au fond de la médina et qui reste accessible en voiture

Rien mise à part les travaux même le week-end

El Riad es una monada y muy bien ubicado a las puertas de la Medina y fue recientemente reformado. El servicio fue un 10 total con una acogedora persona (Fátima) que estuvo al servicio para preparar los ingredientes naturales y locales para desayunar. También ofrecía posibilidad de comer y/o cenar en el Riad. Los dueños (Franco y Asma) nos acogieron en el Riad dándonos todas facilidades para nuestra comodidad y disfrute de nuestras vacaciones. Totalmente recomendable y a repetir 🙏

The location is 10 minutes to Jmaa Al fna walking distance with local eateries around the corner. Ac worked very well in which we needed because it was 115 degrees. All acs were operational, beautiful finishings, perfectly decorated and large space to accommodate families. And Fatna was very helpful on giving us info on how to get around the Medina.

The listing includes complete kitchen and that was not available. I wish it was clear to us that we had no access to the refrigerator or kitchen as a whole. It’s false advertising. Because of the extreme heat of Marrakesh, we were allowed to store ONLY water bottles in the refrigerator. There was a lock on the refrigerator and all cabinets. Franco greeted us in the property with a cloud of smoke, very unprofessional. I had children and didn’t appreciate that at all. WiFi connection was really bad and we were told it was because of the heat. But even at night when it cooled off, WiFi was still spotty.

Cold, we were freezing frist night, because there was only thin sheets to cover. And the aircon doesn’t work properly. Next day we found warmer blankets in next room and it was better. There was noisy during the night

The location is brilliant, just a few steps and you are in the center. We liked a lot the roof top terrace with the amazing view over Marrakech. We also like the arty decoration which at the same time reflects Moroccan culture.
