Cove Ume Nerus Residences & Villa

Lovely property not too close to the beach area so quieter and less crowded.

The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pool is pretty, and they even made our beds without us asking, which was a nice touch. The guesthouse is located about 10–15 minutes from the center by scooter (only €1.60 with Grab), so it’s quite convenient.

On the downside, the staff doesn’t speak English very well, the pool area doesn’t get much sun, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Also, the photos on Booking are a bit overhyped — the place isn’t as “wow” in real life.

It’s close to all the beach clubs and many many restaurants and things to do. Ede from the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were having a great stay. The entire team and bellman were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to all

My room was next to the pool, at 7am daily I can hear kids screaming and yelling and much more noise.

Friendly staff very helpful very tidy room was cleaned everyday, plenty of parking for the bike

The property is great

Bathroom was so dirty and smelly. It was so hard for us to use the washroom. There was mold, and such strong smell that we didn't take shower for two days. And staff was so busy with the mobiles that they ignore you completely even if you call them. The only good thing is the pictures , it's like a trap. You can easily find better stay with this price. I was i. Canguu for a month. And I have stayed in so many different places. But this was the one and only bad experience. Please dont waste your money.

The area is very nice and it gives off a modern Bali vibe. Staffs were helpful and respectful too.

Mosquitoes inside the room are annoying and uncontrollable. I got multiple leg bites too i think it’s from the bed (bed bugs/mites)
