Too much noice during the night!!!! Didn’t sleep every night until 4am. And it comes from the hotel…

Good value for money. Quiet in the night. Clean as much as cleaned means for Balinese employees and humid environment . Good coffee place right next to it for breakfast and even lunch

Canggu area is very crowded. it takes ages to go to the beach or to any day trips from there. We've decided to leave one day earlier ( although we've payed ) just because of that.

The pillows and sheets were nice and clean .

The bathrooms were smelly.

It’s a pretty property and they had a water refill station which is always helpful in Bali! Friendly cats 🤍

we got double booked and ended up staying 10 nights - our room was right by the pool which was EXTREMELY loud because of other guests (playing music w a speaker, children etc.), there was also no curtain for the top window so it was bright and difficult to sleep. We asked to change rooms and were told there wasn’t any open even though we could see availability through the website. Had one friendly staff member and the rest were awful (I’m used to really great customer service in Bali so this was surprising!) no hand towels or soap in the bathroom & really tiny rooms even with the deluxe.
