The house is spacious with air condition in every room & hall. Got a small playground in front of the house & a nice gazebo.

To start with, this property is SUPER NOT RECOMMENDED for families / groups. 1. The house is a semi-d. The neighbour next door is SUPER INTOLERANT & RUDE. Don’t even think of laying your car tyre into their side of the house or you’ll get a written note to your car. If you’re coming with kids, prepare a sufficient amount of ‘ubat tidur’ so that the kids will be silently sleep & not to disturb the neighbour next door. Don’t even think of throwing a party or hosting a barbecue at the property or you might be having a hard time with the next door people. They’re malay but with a un-malay attitude. 2. Upon check-out, we did clean the house a little bit & put the garbage nicely at the ‘tong sampah’ provided in front of the house, around 3-4 bags, of course all the garbage cannot fit in the provided bin. The cleaner instructed us to take all the garbage to be thrown somewhere else. 😂 3. The water pressure of the showers are all slow. Well, it’s not a big deal except no 1 & no 2! 😂 Finally, the property might have a better future in the business but the customer service needs a lots of improvements. As the price that they charge is quite high.

The key collection process was smooth and straightforward, and the rooms were all clean and very comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, having many utensils in the kitchen made it really nice for cooking. Owner was kind and attentive too!

Although the place was comfortable, however there are two main concern was the water pressure in the shower, as water hardly came out, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the location was slightly off from what I anticipated, which added some inconvenience.
