Staff don’t speak any English so extremely difficult to try and book things through them, even with help of google translate. Did not like how they overcharged for scooter rental then when I said no reduced the price, this caused distrust about the services and prices they offered so chose not to book anything through them. Bathroom extremely small and I injured myself trying to manoeuvre around. Shower - the only way to use it is to hold the shower head otherwise the water goes through the door and gets the bedroom wet. This made it difficult to wash my hair.
