Milk in fridge would be helpful. Cleaning requirements bit excessive given £60 cleaning fee to do it.

"Enjoyable and will return"

The location was very central. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had great views and it was very spacious. Added bonus of parking. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us with clear directions.

The steep lane to the apartment. But this cant be helped and is out of the hosts control.

Spotlessly clean. Cosy. Didn’t want for anything.

Access to property via very steep hill and dropping off luggage/loading up on departure was a bit of an issue.

The view to the harbour was perfect, with the sea very visible, as well as the town itself (lovely at night) and the harbour was about a minute's walk away. Importantly, there's a generous covered balcony to take it all in! The whole place was very bright, thanks to a big sliding door and lots of windows, and felt really spacious too. The entertainment was extensive (loads of DVDs and CDs) with a cosy tv corner that we didn't want to leave. Very spacious and well-equipped kitchen, easy-to-use shower and bath, and fans were provided in both rooms! The apartment felt very homely, and we were sad to leave it; I would love to stay here again!

I stayed in this apartment last year and it is truely wonderful, with spectaclar views, across Brixham town and the harbour. It is very well equiped, and extremely clean, with a very homely feel. In January of this year I intended to stay again, but had to cancel due to the weather warning, I was most grateful and impressed with the hosts kind response to the situation. I will be booking this apartment again later in the year.
