Dreckige Bettlacken/ Handtücher, im ganzen Zimmer roch es nach Abwasser, keine richtigen Duvets, keine Seife Ameisen im Frühstücksbrötchenkorb.

Great location, pool was good, breakfast was good too

Bed was hard, staff was not very friendly. Not super clean

the only good thing about this property is the location

It’s in bad need of refurbishment, there is mould in the bathroom, the AC does not work properly, the swimming pool area is a disgrace there is 4 metal sun loungers cemented into the ground which are unusable as being metal they get extremely hot and can’t be moved into the shade, the pool itself is not clean, the staff are okay but not the most helpful making little effort to communicate and just spent their time pointing at things instead of using google translate to communicate back as we had done with them

Dirty and smelly fridge it’s affecting the whole room,

good location, close to the beach and restaurants, big and clean room. we arrived very early in nha trang via night bus and were able to check in early at 8 am, which was very appreciated. although the seaview is mostly blocked by the building in front of it, you could see it a little bit which was nice. the cleaning service cleans very well, although they were quite early (8:45ish). the minibar has some nice snacks and drinks for a reasonable price.

the pool is unfortunately shaded by the buildings surrounding it, so we didn't use it, we also never saw other people there when we went to check it out a few times. the breakfast was okay, buffet style with a station where you can get omelettes or scrambled eggs, but if you come late, the coffee is not warm any more and most of the buffet is gone. the staff doesn't speak english very well, luckily there is google translate!
