Property was spacious and equipped with a nice kitchen. Also like the fresh fruit and the comfortable sofas.

Was quite noisy next to the road and was honestly expecting a breakfast (but I might need to request that explicitly next time). The bunk bed creaked quite a bit and the pillows were too thin for our taste.

Full of flies made it unbearable, 30+ flies it was disgusting. Property smelled damp. Bed was very creaky. Very noisy right next to a main road.

Lovely area as a base with all amenities close at hand. Great farm shop adjoining B n B with everything you need for a short stay.

Not a dislike just a recommendation for a few baking trays and mixing bowls.

The management is friendly and responds quickly if there are developments in the situation during check-in or check-out. Easy to understand explanation. Complete interior with kitchen equipment needed for the family. The rooms and interiors are quiet and not noisy.

It is a long distance from the city of Assen so it is necessary to arrange travel time and transportation

All facilities are all available, coffee, tea, fruits..

We can hear the shop next door after 8 am.
