เป็นกันเอง เหมือนมาพักบ้านเพื่อน สะดวก เดินทางง่าย ใกล้ตลาด ไม่ไกลจากสนามบินด้วย

พื้นในห้องน้ำแตก ควรซ่อมเพราะอาจบาดเท้าได้ ม่านห้องน้ำควรเปลี่ยน ฝักบัวก็เหมือนจะมีปัญหา ห้องพักอยู่ชั้น 3 ต้องเดินขึ้นบันได ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่ไม่รบกวนการพักอาศัยเลย
