La comida es FATAL, nunca comí tan mal como acá La carne era terrible, pedí un guacamole y me dieron un aguacate machacado sin nada de limón y sal. Pedí una pizza y estaba horrible

"El lugar correcto para estar seguro y cómodo."

Las instalaciones son increíbles, respetan el descuento de los adultos de la tercera edad ( no los de la cuarta edad ), la seguridad es completa, el área de la piscina es fantástica y sus pizzas artesanales son super especiales. Carlos en recepción es un 10/10.

El menú del restaurante es básico, caro y sin esencia, ( El desayuno es de primera ). El bar necesita más atención y supervisión.

"Waarschijnlijk verkeerde dag gekozen en normaal prima hotel - meer niet"

niveau van accomodatie en kamer

klein zwembad - gevuld met mensen met dagpassen zodat er geen enkele ruimte was en zwembad gevuld was met kinderen met opblaasspeelgoed en de paar bedjes die er waren ´gereserveerd´ waren met meegebrachte pizzas etc

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

El hotel en general es bueno y cuenta con desayuno incluido, lo cual es un punto positivo. Sin embargo, mi experiencia no fue del todo satisfactoria. Debido a que debía viajar temprano, antes del horario del desayuno, solicité un paquete para llevar, pero me informaron que ya no ofrecen ese servicio. Como alternativa, bajé aproximadamente 15 minutos antes del inicio del desayuno con la intención de tomar algo rápido para el camino. Lamentablemente, el personal que estaba preparando el desayuno fue poco amable y mostró una actitud poco colaborativa, incluso dejando pasar, pero con gestos de incomodidad. Este tipo de trato afecta negativamente la experiencia, especialmente cuando uno espera un mínimo de consideración en un hotel como este.
