The location and the staff also I like the entrance .. it’s old traditional place but this is what we like about Marrakesh. The place is good for just resting and spend the day discovering the city .. quick respond from the owner. The entrance looks old and hidden but safe and tourist women were walking freely late

Can’t complaint with this value of money, nice location, 3 minutes walk from el fnaa sq .. could be good if there is a towel ..

Very hard to find but great location the host came to meet us to show us the way

Literally nothing

I didn't like anything! There was no server, and no WIFI I had some exams the next morning I couldn't even check some important informations about my exams online (the number of my table, the time of each exam...).Now I have an allergy on my skin after sleeping there , the towels weren't clean, also the floor was dusty and the toilet was very smelly, that place needs a lot of work it can't be used for rent!

We were told we couldn't stay there late the night before. We were taken to another place, in the medina, not the new town we'd booked. It was 1 room for 3 ladies. Sharing a bathroom with 3 strange men. So taken to another riad.. Yes, two bedrooms, told it was a private bathroom. No lock on lounge door. Told not to lock the front door because the man upstairs would not get in then. We felt unsafe in a room we couldn't lock.. The guy, Youseff, would not put on the lock we asked for. And he'd promised. Got abusive when we asked again. Made us pay more money for it. We booked in at the hotel opposite, for safety, at a cost of 300€. In the morning I found a man in our apartment bathroom... It was the man from upstairs, so it wasn't a private bathroom as Youseff had said. He kept saying he would refund the cash, but never turned up on several arranged meetings. I looked in again on our last morning to find two men sleeping on our sofa. Absolutely appalling treatment. Dreadful unsafe accommodation, personal safety and no equipment, I have lots of photos... And lots of random men using the bathroom and our lounge. Dreadful experience. Not what we expect from booking. Com. You need to ban them and the properties from your site. Youseff hasn't cancelled our booking with you, so we haven't had a refund. We have proof we stayed at the other hotel, we have the invoices. We have photos. We have video evidence and witness statements. I will also be taking this up with the Morrocan Tourist Board. We were scammed and left in a very vulnerable, unsafe situation. Caroline Green

When i needed items and stuff sorted in the apartment was delayed and avoided. Such as not having any hot water and wifi for 6 days And the beds felt like they were falling apart
