Property wasn’t clean and stuff didn’t respond well om complaint. During check out, woman with glasses working in the back office( I think she was manager) was very rude.

Only included parking for one vehicle, charge $20 for extra cars when traveling with our group. I had not seen this extra fee disclosed previously

The halloween themed decorations were great. The pool area was lovely. Several employees were friendly and helpful.

Yolanda (employee) was less than friendly and helpful upon registration. She failed to even address my concerns about a lack of tv signal at 10 am . I reported the issue again that same evening, approx 7 pm and the employee addressed it immediately. The provided electric skillet was greasy and dirty. Eating utensils were dirty. I walked barefoot in the cabin and the bottoms of my feet were black upon getting into bed. The A/C unit was located at ceiling height and the remote control had no batteries so I couldn’t access the settings.

Grandkids loved the bouncing pillow and heated pool. Nice bike trails nearby.

No separate recycle bin in cottage.

Everything was fantastic.

The house we stayed in was clean and super nice. And it’s a quick, easy drive to some great restaurants and to the beaches.

There was nothing I disliked about it, but I do wish the check-in time was a little earlier.

Quite but close to everything.

I didn’t like having to bring my own linens and pillows and the parking was very tight if those in the cabins around us were there. There was no room to turn around, especially in a large suv.
